We recently renovated our basement and wanted to replace the ugly wooden stair railings to match the metal railings that we had on the main floor. Carlos was referred to us by Millennium Woodworking (whom by the way, did a terrific job with fixing our basement stairs) and I am so pleased with his work! The railing style that we wanted were apparently quite old and not that readily available but Carlos managed to find it. The railings he built were so much nicer than the original railings we had on our main floor! It is very clear that Carlos knows his stuff! His pricing was reasonable and he was very prompt and neat in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos in a heartbeat.

Our condo sustained some water damage from our upstairs neighbour and Alex did a wonderful job fixing the mess! He was prompt, kept things very clean and tidy, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use Creative Painting again.

My husband and I recently moved into a new house and decided to repaint the entire house. Jennilyn spent over an hour with us, patiently helping us pick out paint colors. Not once did she make us feel rushed or pressured. The colors were absolutely beautiful, and the quality amazing. The price of the paint was a bit more expensive than what you would find at the regular paint store but Homestead House paint goes a LOT further than your average paint so everything evened out at the end. Jennilyn also recommended Cycling Painters whom we used and they did a tremendous job on our house - we are so pleased with the end results!

Frank came to our home to do a Crime Deflection Inspection and he was very thorough and clear on how we can protect ourselves. He made many common sense suggestions and things that the homeowner can do on their own with little to no cost. Frank also installed Guardian locks on our doors and replaced all our exterior locks (we had recently moved into a new house) - he was punctual and kept things very clean and tidy. Frank definitely knows what he's talking about!

I got Brett's contact information from Homestead House when I was looking to get my house painted. Brett was very professional, kept things very clean, and overall did a tremendous job. We also had a leak in our kitchen that went through the floor into the basement, completely destroying the ceiling in the basement. Brett fixed the ceiling so well that you could not tell that there had been water damage. I would not hesitate to use Brett again.

We recently hired Agility Moving to help us with our move from a condo to a house. Richard, Robert, and Al showed up on time, worked extremely hard, and were very respectful of our belongings. Not a single thing was broken, no scratches on any of our furniture. I highly recommend Agility and would not hesitate to use them again!

We recently hired Paul and Harold to sand and refinish the hardwood floors in our home and they did a very good job. It was obvious that they took pride in their work.

We rented moving boxes from GoodBoxes for our move and they made it so easy! GoodBoxes responded promptly to all my emails and questions. Pricing was very fair, boxes were clean and very strong - important to us because we had so many books to pack. They dropped off the boxes and picked them up - dealing with GoodBoxes could not be any easier!

Our home recently underwent an extremely dusty renovation and needed a serious duct cleaning. Paul responded to my emails very quickly and set an appointment on fairly short notice. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work. Paul did a truly exceptional job and I definitely would not hesitate to call him again!

We had removed the carpet from the stairs leading into the basement and new treads, risers, and stringers had to be installed. I sent an email to Millenium on a weekend, and Dahlia responded on Monday. Met up with Imran and Dahlia on Tuesday to discuss the project and in less than 2 weeks, the custom-made stair treads, stringers, and risers were installed! The installation was done by Raman and Basil, who did such a beautiful job that my main floor stairs (which is perfectly lovely) now look boring in comparison. Thank you Millenium!
