Good stuff. Timely and clear communicators. The pricing system is clear and explained well. It makes you feel like you are getting an honest price. I also appreciated the additional no-cost check of the whole house.

Disappointed with the amount removed. They were here and gone in much less <2 hours and there are still broken branches and others that are blatantly dead hanging of ever tree that was "pruned". There was little or no effort to thin out the trees up to any height above 6-8 feet.
