Without fail, calling their customer service group, you'll be waiting at least 30 minutes before actually talking to someone. And when you finally reach that person, you realize how minimally educated they are. There's a reason that the waiting chime in queue is letting you know that they're hiring. Unacceptable. Ever since they got bought out by ADT/ they don't actually care about you
