Two years ago we had Long Life in to replace all the windows in our house. They did a brilliant job and the new windows are amazing. There was one window, however, that we knew we wanted to replace with a larger/longer one, but couldn't do it at that time for a variety of reasons. This year we did a major renovation on the house but didn't do the window because of permit restrictions. We arranged for the window to go in at a later date and Kris ordered it and promised it would be a short job that he could squeeze in before Christmas and that is exactly what happened. Josh and his crew came one afternoon last week and took out what was a high, narrow window at the back of the house (where the view is), extended the opening, and installed the new window in short order. They worked efficiently, and cleanly and were all exceptionally polite. Josh had been on the team that did the original window retrofit and it was great to have him back on the job. Thank you Josh and Crew. You've given us back the view.

Chris and his team did a terrific job replacing the almost non existent drainage in our 1947 home. The guys worked so hard, hand digging most of the work and dealing with ginormous rocks in the front yard. Holy moly, I swear that one was the size of a VW Beetle!! It was at least the size of a FIAT 500! Needless to say, it's still in the ground but they worked around it and I am still amazed at that. Equally amazing is how clean they worked and that is something I really value in a contractor. We need to re-landscape but that was in the plans anyway. Now we have a blank slate and everything is so CLEAN!! Did I mention how clean they work? ;) And, as a side note, the crew were all very personable and even happily collected my wandering dog when she noticed a gate that wasn't closed because they were working in the area and I had mistakenly let the dogs out into the yard. I'm confident that our basement will remain dry and comfortable. Great team - highly recommend them.
