I wanted take take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Boris and the Cozy World inc. team as their professionalism, workmanship and customer service deserve recognition. Right before the holidays my furnace was tagged as unsafe and was shut off leaving us without heat. After receiving a quote for a new furnace from Enercare, I called Cozy World Inc upon the recommendation of a friend. Recognizing that is was right before the holidays, Cozy world inc arrived same day, inspected the furnace and provided quotes along with a detailed explanation of the advantages of each option. The quotes were very reasonable ($1000 less than the quote I received Enercare for the same furnace). Once we agreed to proceed, The installers arrived next day as to ensure we were not without heat through the holidays. The Installers were friendly, professional and the install was quick and smooth. The installers went out of their way to keep our home tidy and after the work was completed, ensured everything the site was left clean and all waste materials removed. After the install, Cozy World Inc. took care of registering our warranty with Lennox, applying for the applicable rebates on our behalf, and contacting Enbridge to ensure the unsafe tag was removed from our furnace.
