I found Rob very professional ! He took time to explain things very well and emphasized well what needed to be done immediately and things that can wait. Now I know a lot more about my house. He is very knowledgeable and came very well prepared. My rating for this company is a 10++. I would recommend Rob to anybody.

Its always advisable to get an inspection before purchasing a home. In this case you already moved in and needed to know what repairs or maintenance was required. Fortunately, there were no major defects aside from the minor and routine maintenance items and of course the roof was in need of replacement in the near future. Assisted Review

I called Smart Plumbing at 7pm. Mike was here and removed the toilet and cleared the blockage. He did a clean job! Smart Plumbing - clean and smart! I will tell my friends!
