We initially had a flood in our basement. Acadian Carpet was the company through Interior Home Improvement assigned to us. Buck from Acadian contacted me immediately to come by and measure the area. Once I decided which carpet to choose, it was ordered and installed within 10 days. His team was fabulous!! They are perfectionists. Husein was amazing. He has 30 years experience and done an awesome job. They were neat, clean and quick. I would highly recommend this company. I want to thank Buck and everyone at Acadian for a job well done. You made the process for us very easy !!!

I would give this company 100 stars if I could. They are prompt, accurate and dependable. Even during the Christmas holiday when we had a leak in our garage, I called and they were here the next day and disconnected the hose. They were awesome. I've never had to wait more than a day for service and usually same day service. They also guarantee their work. Don't look beyond this company. They are first rate !!! Thank you Allen and staff !!

If I could give this company more stars, I would ! From the time the project manager, Art, came to see the job until the job was finished, everything went very smoothly. The entire staff at this company was excellent. The job was completed on time. The installers Mike and Matthew were very professional and most of all clean. It was a pleasure working with For Homes and I would highly recommend them for any job. I had called another company and when I said I had one sliding door and two basement windows to complete, they chose not to price out the job because I'm assuming the job was too small. In the end it worked out very well because the quality from Euro Vinyl was superior to that of the other company I called. I chose the more expensive sliding door from Euro Vinyl (window manufacturer) as it had the 3-point locking system, which is by far the best I've seen. The finishes and detailing were first rate. I want to again thank everyone for a job well done!

I was looking to re-design my landscaping but trying to preserve some of the trees and shrubs I had. Lorne worked around this and suggested a new design. We added shrubs which will eventually be squared off as well as lots of flowers to aim for colorful curb appeal. Him and his workers were very fast, although the weather did not cooperate. Lots of rain this summer ! All in all, customer service was great and we are very pleased with the design and curb appeal that he achieved. I would highly recommend him.

This whole process of obtaining our new house numbers went very smoothly. Nathan's customer service is amazing. I contacted him, he sent me a picture of how the numbers would look, I ordered it and picked them up. This was all done in a matter of about 10 days. He has a very precise method and the instructions he gives for installation were great. We had a friend install this but sometimes the installation is worth the cost. I would definitely recommend this company !!! Thanks again Nathan !

I've read some of the reviews on this site and I can't believe what these people are saying. Direct Interiors has the absolute best prices in the city when you compare item for item. I do my shopping around the entire city of Toronto and then go to them armed with all my questions regarding prices. Angela and Vanessa are amazing, and so is the rest of their staff for that matter. I bought a coffee table with a chip in it and the next day they sent an expert to repair it. The delivery people are excellent. Customer service is excellent !! Their showroom is full of amazing furniture and they are a pleasure to work with. This store should be your first and last stop !!!

Absolutely amazing customer service !! Markham installed a new garage door a couple of years ago. The side capping was bulging from the sun. I called this morning and within 2 hours Ryan was here repairing it. Unbelievable. I've NEVER seen customer service like this. EVER !!! I guarantee they are the best !! And so pleasant to work with. No charge for the repair today. Worth the initial price to have peace of mind.

This company is quite new. Raymond returned my call in a timely fashion and then came for an estimate on my marble floor. He was excellent, very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend these guys. They take great pride in their work as well.

They have taught their associates to do whatever it takes to make the sale and refrain from telling customers something might be wrong with the product. The bar stool was missing the paddle on the lever and they neglected to inform us. We believe this was done intentionally just to make the sale. Would not recommend this store.

Great guy at the beginning of the job. He repaired most of our window sills and they look great. However, he made a concrete slab for our chimney shoulder and it is falling apart after one winter. He promised to repair yet it's been over a year and we are still waiting which is why I give this company a poor rating. It cost us $400 for the shoulder and it's falling apart.

I've known this company for 30 years. Jeff Kane is wonderful. Always easy to deal with. The boys who delivered my new washer were amazing. They were careful and showed me how to use the new machine and made sure it worked. I would recommend this company !

I can't believe there any companies out there with a heart. Mike is everything and more. I called, he answered and he gave me a price to repair my 18 year old shutters. The job was done in one week and they look like new. Very reasonably priced and service with a smile. No need to look elsewhere !

Danielle and Hirach are two wonder people. She has great taste and an elegance about her. She was very patient with me and went over everything in great detail. They are so easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!!!

What an amazing company! You really don't find honest, fast, and exceptional service like this too often. Chris repaired the old door until our new one arrived. Our calls were always returned and he is a true businessman who really cares about his customers. He and his staff are all very dedicated. Ryan, the installer was a pleasure to work with. Very passionate about his job and always smiling. These people deserve to win the company of the year award! Thanks to all who helped us out.

Great job on roof but didn't install enough external vents on the roof. He installed a fan in our attic and now it's not broken only one year after use. Said he would fix the problem and several weeks later he still hasn't returned our fan motor. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend Extreme Roofing
