Perfect score. I started by asking for an appointment using their website form and was contacted back the same day. All of my questions were answered so I booked. The technician, Adrian, arrived on time, was polite and friendly. The work took about 2 hours. Adrian completely cleaned up after himself and left our ducts very clean - thanks Adrian, we hope you're our technician next time! I can't think of a single negative thing to say, The Duct Cleaning Specialists did a perfect job, from initial contact right to the end of the job, and all at a very reasonable price. We will book again in the future.

Replaced hot-water tank and moved it to the basement. Job was done 100% to satisfaction, however, the road was a bit bumpy, particularly at the end. I asked that the company call before arriving so that I could drive home from work and discuss, in person, whether or not the new hot-water tank could be installed in a different room than where the existing tank was. The company never called so by the time I got home the new tank was installed where the old one was. I spoke to Ivan about the issue and he scheduled a time to move the tank to the basement at a fair price. He couldn't move the tank until 7 weeks later, which was quite acceptable to us so we agreed. Two months later he arrived and moved the tank as we requested. The job was done perfectly and we have had no problems with the tank since then. Had this been the end of the story I would definitely have rated the job 10 stars. However, shortly thereafter I received a bill in the mail for another 2 months worth of renting my old hot-water tank (approximately $75). I phoned Ivan about the bill and it turns out that his employees who installed the tank during the first visit (2 months prior) had never returned the tank to the renter. Ivan explained that he had been having trouble with the employee(s) and he was not aware that the tank had not been returned. Here is where things went wrong. I asked that Ivan pay the $75 rental fee which had been caused by his employees but he refused, stating that he had given me such a good price on the job that I should be grateful and pay the bill myself. When I told him that I was not satisfied by his response and indicated to him that my only recourse would be to leave a review detailing what had happened he threatened to sue me and used all manner of foul language. I can only imagine that Ivan was under a tremendous amount of stress to respond with very un-professional bullying. Feeling I had no other choice I paid the bill and tried to put the whole situation behind me. This review is difficult to write because, apart from having to pay for additional rental of my old heater due to no fault of my own, the job was completed with 100% satisfaction. I cannot, however, ever recommend Flamborough Air to anyone due to how Ivan spoke to me after asking him to compensate me for the old hot-water tank rental fees from the time after it had been removed from my home.

How many heating and air companies will answer a service call on New Year's Day at 11am? Coretemp does! We woke up to a frigid house on New Year's Day and couldn't restart our furnace. We called Coretemp expecting to leave a message but the phone was answered immediately. A short while later our furnace was back on. Thanks Coretemp!

A job well done. We had a chain link fence installed, a wooden fence extended and the game repaired. Everything looks great. Paul was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The job was finished in one day just over a week after we signed the work order. I would definitely hire Maximum Fence again and would recommend their services.

CoreTemp installed a new furnace and central air unit for us a few months ago and we were very happy with the service so when we decided to install a humidifier we called them back. My phone message was returned in less than an hour and Mike was here to install the humidifier the next day. It really was that easy. If ever we need anything else that CoreTemp sells and installs I won't hesitate to call them again.

During our ecoENERGY audit the attic in our home was rated at less than R-12. We called Bob Jarvis Insulation to increase our insulation up to R-50. They were prompt in returning our phone calls, the quote took less than an hour and we were offered a choice between fiberglass and cellulose insulation. After agreeing to get the job done we only had to wait about a week before they returned and got the job done. Overall, a job well done, polite staff, no waiting or unexpected surprises and no mess left behind. I definitely recommend them.

We had coretemp replace our 25+ year old natural-gas furnace with a new Rudd natural-gas furnace and central air. Richard was always available whenever I called to ask questions (which I did often!) and Janice made the scheduling pain-free all over email. The job was done on time, on budget, as expected and without any hiccups. I wish all contractors were this good. We are 100% satisfied! Quick update: in December of 2012 my furnace stopped giving off heat. Upon inspection I noticed that there was an error code flashing on the furnace's main board. I called CoreTemp and 45 minutes after my call Richard walked me through the problem over the phone. Turns out the drainage pipe had been bumped out of place and wasn't allowing water to drain from the furnace. I should note that at the time Richard was on vacation outside of the country but he still immediately called to help me fix the problem. Top notch service!

We bought a very old home that had multiple electric problems. Jans added new 3-way switches, outdoor plug, ceiling fan, hanging lamp, wall sockets and upgraded some breakers. They're work was quick and professional. We'll never need to find another electrician.
