I do not often write reviews but I feel absolutely compelled to do so for this company. From the beginning I felt totally at ease with both Nish and Jeno. From the first phone call I got the sense that they were right for the job. Within 24hrs they were at my house to assess the scope of work I was looking for. Within a couple of minutes of speaking with them there knowledge and expertise clearly came to the fore front. Now, It it safe to say that there are a lot of contractors/trades people that talk a good game but can they deliver on there promises. Well I am here to tell you these guys went above and beyond. We choose a day for the install of the security system and pot lights and I calmly waited to see if they would hold true to there word and show up. The day before the install Jeno called to confirm the appointment for the next day, which I thought was a very professional touch. True to there word they were there at 8am sharp. Within half a day these guys put up my security system and installed my pot lights, I honestly thought this was too good to be true because they had not only finished but had cleaned up and you would have never known someone was there. I know I have had a couple of poor experiences with trades/contractors so I thought why not support the really good ones for a change. It’s hard finding quality people you can count on and trust who actually do the things they promise. I really hope this review helps someone make a great choice and in trusting Nish and Jeno. December 10, 2015 Job done in November 2015 Just wanted to let people know what an absolutely wonderful experience i had with this company and its employees. My first interaction was with Jamie. Jamie was quite simply amazing. He walked me through every aspect of the project explaining all the steps and materials required to do the job properly. He was so professional that i knew right away that he was the man i wanted to hire. I was even more impressed when i received the quote and realized he was very competitive with all the other quotes I received. I have worked with many different trades people and companies and i can honestly say he was probable the best first contact i ever had. The project went according to plan and Peter and his crew even worked through the weekend to complete the project(due to some poor weather during the week). Peter was another amazing member of the RCC team as he and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure ever aspect of the job was perfectly done. No corners were cut and what i was told i was getting was exactly what i got (for those of you who have done renovations in the past, you will appreciate how rarely this happens). Jamie and Peter were both just amazing people who care about the quality of there work and there customers. To say i would recommend them would be an understatement.
