Dealt with them for the first time - extremely professional customer service by Mike :) - Windows installation labor was bit expensive, but certainly worth it because I am very satisfied with the real pro job !!! - hats off for their professional installer, Paul. Very impressed with the windows quality / craftsmanship :)
