An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Ben and Rory were simply FANTASTIC. Extremely courteous, professional and helpful. They had what we thought was a very big job with cumbersome items and they were absolutely fantastic in how they removed it from the home as well as packed the truck fitting in much more than we expected. I have booked a followup with them for more junk that we need to have removed and would like to thank them both for all of their hard work, professionalism and courteousness! /10
