If you have ANY problem with pests in your home and especially if you think you may have a problem but are unsure, call Muhammed. I am SO THANKFUL we called him, there are no words to express my gratitude. He is the most ethical, most intelligent person in the entire industry, of that I am sure. When you call him, you will get a diagnosis by a true scientist, and then a relevant treatment plan--my 'bites' were even misdiagnosed by a dermatologist, but over the phone Muhammed said he didn't think it was bedbugs, and he was right. He will not treat until he knows what the problem is. He has a degree in entomology as well as several other certifications from The University of Guelph--please check out his website, he literally saved us from the mental anguish of thinking we had bedbugs and in under an hour had determined we had carpet beetles, not bedbugs. And the only treatment? Vacuuming. He could have charged us a fortune but did not, he is truly in this business to help people, and that he did. I had spoken to others quoting from $650 for chemical treatment to $4k for heat treatment and I am sure none of them would have been able to diagnose the problem as Muhammed did. I don't doubt he could be making a fortune working as a scientist in a related field, but he dose this because he believes in helping people, you can genuinely put your trust in him, something that is in short supply in the extermination industry. I called Dodd's for an over the phone quote to replace my broken garage door opener. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Their installation team were prompt and professional. The new garage door opener has been running as expected since it was installed.

I had a broken furnace and Richard came out right away. He was professional, thorough, and explained the issue well. I was concerned that the furnace would need replacement, but Richard went over the pros and cons for replacing the faulty igniter.
