In May Ryan took $6,900 for deposit and supplies. He later showed up at spouses work and asked for an additional $2,500. Weeks later Ryan blamed Hardie board for shipping the wrong material. We had to get the job done so we reluctantly agreed to the new material. (In hindsight we question if the boards were extra material he already had from another job as the boards were all in rough shape and there was NOT enough to finish half of our entire job.) We were promised multiple start dates, weeks and months and countless excuses later we had no other option than to wait out Ryan’s excuses as he already had our money and would not return it when asked. The excuses Ryan made were so beyond naive and odd that I will not repeat them here. After months of not showing, his crew showed up over a few days struggling to make any progress. He actually fired them on site. Ryan guaranteed he would be here the next day to get the work done. He did not. A week later an older man was unloading a truck with an additional small amount of Hardie Board (still NOT enough to finish house). When asked the man said he was Ryan’s Father. He said Ryan was to be there soon, which he was, but for only a quick second. When I turned my back for a quick moment they all disappeared. Again Ryan avoided all contact until one day he called making a verbal agreement to return our money, but that he didn’t have all of it and would have to make payments weekly. Which he never did! We documented interaction in detail and are pursuing legal action against Eco Exterior and will hold Ryan accountable. Ongoing issues with large garage door with cable coming off and track issues Several companies came out to fix, door would work for a day then quit. Called Dodds and Rob came out to fix He was so thorough and reviewed the issue. Door was fixed, he explained everything to me and so far the door is working great. Thanks Rob for being so patient and getting the door to work properly. He also showed me how to hook up my phone to the garage door opener and checked to make sure it was working

We are renovating a 100 year old home which has gone through a complete transformation, 3 storey house with full basement and 12' foot addition. Celtic finishes came in and it took a full 10 days to complete. We couldn't be happier with the finish. They did an outstanding job. We have already referred them to a neighbour and will continue to refer them to anyone that needs outstanding taping done. After a year and half of renovations with way more downs than ups it was such a relief to hire a company who did such a meticulous job and every night after work we were excited to come by the house and see the transformation. After two weeks of their work the house is actually starting to feel like a home. Thanks so very very much to all three of you for your hard work. Giving them a 10 rating somehow doesn't seem high enough. 10+++++

Very hard working, friendly family run business. 100 year old house with multiple layers of shingles which posed a challenge due to the close proximity of the other houses. Brian's team took off the multiple shingles and cleaned up the area. Also installed a flat roof on the new addition. As I write this review Toronto is receiving a month's worth of rain in one day. So far so good, no leaks! Brian's father ordered pizza for the staff one day and even included the hungry home owners which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this company.

We had used your company almost two years ago for some sewer work and were very happy with the job. When it came time to install a sump pump we called on your company again. We did have other companies come in and quote as well with some being similar in price and a few being substantially more. We decided based on our previous good experience we would use your company once again. We waited approximately a week and a half from the time we were quoted to the time the work was done, which worked out perfectly so we could adjust our work schedules to be home. So today, Jason arrived along with two plumbers to start the installation. Jason was great and explained everything and the two gentleman got to work. In less than 4 hours the work was completed. They tested the machine, it worked perfectly. They showed us the equipment and made sure we were happy with it. Priod to them starting, I was anticipating a mess with the concrete being broken up and the dirt taken out, but prior to starting they laid down blankets and when we went down to look at the finished product they had cleaned up the area beautifully. There was no dirt, no dust, nothing. We would strongly recommend Express Router to anyone who needs sewer work or a sump pump installed.
