Frank and his team did a fantastic job waterproofing our house. The work was top notch and their attention to detail was fantastic. Each night the job site was tidy and nothing was left in a mess. The team communicated well throughout the project and kept us up to date on progress and any issues. The (small) issues we faced were all easily solved by the team, after presenting us with options and costs to let us to decide on which route to take. ACE also broke up some concrete in our back yard and laid sod which has made the world of difference to our young kids. Overall very professional, hard working and nice guys to boot. I thour

Nancy staged our home beautifully, and my husband and I agree that it was a strong contributing factor to the sale of our home in 6 days. We listed in December, during the midst of a pandemic (neither ideal for selling!). Nancy was able to work with us with very short notice and maintained her promised schedule. She put together a stunning staged home using a combination of our furniture and new pieces. Once we sold our house Nancy and her team came the next day to remove the furniture which helped our family return to our daily routine (with two small children) as quickly as possible. Stephen and the team at Avis did a great job re-staining our deck. Friendly, honest, open and trustworthy are just some of the words I'd use to describe my experience. I thoroughly recommend them and will be using them again when it needs doing again in a few years time. You can be confident Stephen and his team at Avis will get the job done for you.

Patricio and the team at The Home Improvement Services did a fabulous job renovating our basement. The job included removing a kitchen, adding a wall, moving a bathroom door, resizing the furnace room, replacing wooden paneling with drywall, boxing in pipework, replacing the floor and some minor electrics. The work took 2 weeks to complete, from start of demolition to completion. The standard or workmanship, integrity and work ethic shown by Particio and his team was outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend them and will be using them the next time we have any renovations which need completing.

Chouinard Bros did a fantastic job in replacing our roof in October 2015. From start to finish Krista and team took the time and guided us through the entire process. Matt's roofing crew worked like animals to get everything done in one day, even with the unexpected surprise of a layer of cedar shingles under the top layer. The roof looks fantastic and it survived unscathed after last week's 40mm rain in one day - so we're happy! Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend Chouinard to others.
