This was the second time I've had Yevhen come for repairs. On the first trip, our dryer wasn't heating. He quickly diagnosed that the problem was a broken element. Rather than try to sell us a new part, he offered to solder the broken element. That was three or four years ago, the dryer still works perfectly. On our most recent repair (mid-April, 2022) we had a persistent leak with our washer. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned the next day. The Lennox that came with our house was about 20 years old, and we'd had a couple of pricey repairs since we moved in 10 years ago. We felt, especially with some available rebates, that it was time to get something new. Usually, we're obsessed with getting multiple quotes before embarking on a project like this. We got two quotes - both from companies with high HomeStars ratings. Marnie from Convertible presented her recommendations in a straightforward way – and with zero pressure. Our home is about 100 years old, and we've been living here for nearly 10 of those years. We have not had our ducts cleaned during that time, and knew we were well overdue. Devon and his partner gave us a precise quote that included everything they would do, how long it would take, etc. They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional, and did an exceptional job. When I later noticed one small thing they'd forgotten to do, Devon immediately made it more than right. The problem was fixed and Devon ensured we were satisfied.
