A few years ago I purchased a ductless unit from United Energy and had nothing but problems since the day I purchased it. After years of no success trying to get United Energy to repair or replace the unit, my husband and I gave up and decided to buy a new unit. Having been burnt by United Energy, I was very cautious and did a lot of research before deciding to contact Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems for a consultation. Cy was amazing! He was very knowledgable and informative and worked hard to make sure that we were happy with the replacement unit. He gave us multiple options and had his installation tech come over to help us make the right decision. The installation team was quick, professional and even un-installed our old unit. The new unit did a great job at keeping the house cool all summer. Cy contacted us a couple of time over the summer to ensure that we were happy with the unit. I am extremely pleased with the product and service I received from Spring Home Heating and cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a ductless air conditioner. They are dedicated to quality and excellent customer service.

We were very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly Ethan and Michael were when they first came to our home. We had received quotes from 3 other companies but we were very happy with the price United was offering and how assuring they were that the unit would meet our needs. They installed the air conditioner and it has not worked since day 1 and they will not fix the problem. We purchased the unit two years ago and we have been calling them, leaving messages, sending emails and we even had a case against them through the better business bureau but they never responded and the better business bureau left the case as unresolved. The sub-contractor that installed an electrical panel called us one day asking if we had paid united energy since they had not been paid for their work. What a surprise. At one point they assured us that they would get it to work or give us our money back but when I asked for my money back they refused. After threatening to sue Michael started returning my calls and admitted that the unit was defective and that he would bring us a new one but this was over a year ago and he won't return our calls. Surprise!! If you try calling and get a "voice mail full" it is probably because their voice mail is full of complaints that they won't respond to. I am currently working with the Toronto Star to try to expose these guys for the scam artists that they are. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!
