I had a long overdue replacement of my windows. Needless to say that I was apprehensive about this undertaking given my limited knowledge on this - so many companies, so many variables with window replacements. I met with a few companies, but Alex, of New Look Windows and Doors, made a more compelling case for his company. His no pressure approach and understanding of client concerns sold me. His installation crew, lead by Sergei, come highly recommended. I hope I’m spelling your name correctly, Sergei. They arrived within the time frame specified and worked non-stop to have 19 windows replaced in one day. I was pleased with their attention to detail and effort or desire to do a good job. They also made sure to clean up as best as they could, given how much fine dust this work generates. They even removed the window tags! Thank you for making it a manageable project for me.

Damski Masonry did some brick and parging work for me recently. I'm pleased with the outcome. Paul was very responsive in that he returned my call within hours.
