Great experience with the sales staff and the installer. They have a machine that can put the binding on the carpet on-site, so the install can all be done in one day. The work is top notch and I will definitely use them in the future.

I had a brick pillar in my backyard knocked down and Andrew's Restoration replaced it for me. The work was done quickly and professionally and the crew that came out answered all my questions and did a great job. They were able to match the original brick (the original was nearly 30 years old) and were able to reuse the top cap, which saved me a bit of money. The work they did looks better than the original work. Highly recommended.

I found this company on Homestars and it was another positive experience (thanks Homestars). Originally the price was going to be $350 for installing 6 posts. But after I got the gas/water/hydro lines marked, I realized there was a six inch gas main directly under my property line, so I knew it would be much more expensive. The crew came and discovered extremely hard compacted clay soil in my backyard. They spent about five hours digging these holes when it typically takes an hour. They even broke some of their equipment because the ground was so hard. The work ended up being much more expensive than they had originally quoted (even for the hand dig) but they were being 100% fair with me. They really worked hard on this job and I feel like I was still getting a really good deal. The crew was very professional and friendly and I would definitely use them again.

I was very happy with my service. This morning I even filled out a compliment form on your web site. I had a water heater leak and called at approximately 945pm on Tuesday evening. I expected to get the answering service but I got an actual live person. He was super friendly and set up an appointment for me the next day. The tech showed up on time and was very professional, fast, and friendly. He even answered all my numerous annoying questions while he was working. This is the first time I have ever had to call your customer service and overall it was a great experience. I expected to have to wait for several days, but it was fast and covered by the warranty.
