We are very impressed with the quality of our new shed and the service we received throughout the process. We ordered a shed from the many styles offered and requested modifications to suit our needs. We changed the exterior dimensions, added double doors, asked for more height in the structure and doors, and extended a roof line to create an overhang. All requests were met and some good suggestions given. On the day we ordered the shed, we booked a delivery date and no deposit was requested, despite the many custom features. The shed arrived as promised on the delivery date and was installed on our property promptly by a very courteous crew.

We hired Marble Renewal to restore our slate vestibule floor. The floor looks no different than before it was cleaned. Had I known, when the floor was initially viewed for an estimate, that there was not much chance of the stain coming out, I would not have proceeded with the work. The estimator did not discuss this possiblilty. Frankly, I could have ripped the floor out and replaced it with tile for not much more than the cleaning charge. As I was hiring a company whose expertice is floor cleaning, I expected results superior to what would have resulted had I done the cleaning myself. Their website claims that with their cutting-edge restoration techniques, they can completely rejuvenate your surfaces, returning them to their original, factory-finish condition. This was not the result we experienced.

Over the years I have purchased several appliances from County Appliances. I travelled around the city to 3 or 4 retailers and found that County always had the best price including any delivery and old appliance removal charge. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, offering a critique of both good and bad features. Delivery was available promptly and they showed up when they said they would. What more can you ask?
