Very happy with Tree Doctors and will definitely be calling on their services again. Their estimator came out to inspect my tree and overhang from a neighbour's tree on time and he clearly explained the work to be done. They followed-up with an estimate and a professional invoice that detailed all the work to done and provided the terms of their services. The crew arrived on the day and time scheduled, trimmed the trees and took away all debris. When I got home after the crew left, I noticed that there were some branches from a neighbour's tree that were still hanging over the property line. I called the company and I provided a few photos. They escalated the issue immediately and followed-up the next day to schedule another appointment. The crew came back within days and completed the job to my satisfaction. Staff are extremely professional and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely recommending Tree Doctors to anyone looking for arborist services.

My neighbour referred me to Metro Plumbing to unblock a shower drain. Vadym was sent and he was very professional, fast, and clean. He quoted the price before he started the work and he left the washroom spotless and in perfect working order. I was very impressed and will use Metro Plumbing again and refer them to my neighbours.

Called New Canadian Drain & Plumbing based on the reviews from Homestars to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. The service representative came out the next day on time and gave me an estimate as soon as he looked at the faucet. This is an old house and I had a feeling he'd encounter some difficulties. He found the faucet was hooked up to an old pipe that broke while he was removing the old piping. He had to revise the quote but kept it down to a minimum and he didn't start working on anything until he knew I was comfortable with the price. Put in brand new piping, minimal mess and he worked for three hours straight - talk about impressive! Assam (and I apologize if this is incorrect spelling) was incredibly conscientious and showed real expertise. I will definitely call this company again for our plumbing and drain needs.

Recently completed a kitchen renovation and I wanted shutters. Elizabeth walked me through the various options and recommended the best product for my needs. They're installer came three times to measure to ensure we had the the right fit, particularly as we had to remove backsplash tiles that had been shabbily installed. I had to put off installation for about 2 months since I had to hire another contractor. The staff at Kingsway were very patient and understanding. But they made sure the shutters and trim were perfect. What a difference these shutters made to my kitchen, they are beautiful and functional. Thank you to everyone at Kingsway.

I had an old a/c unit that was situated at the side yard by the previous homeowners 17 years ago. When a monster home went up next door, they forced me to move the unit. I called Renato after reviewing Homestars and he came to my home the next day and gave me a very fair price and told me not to worry. He just finished the job with 2 of his installers. What a fantastic job! They had to cut a hole in the basement ceiling since they were moving the new unit to the other side of the house. No mess, minimal impact to the ceiling, new cement pad and a beautiful new a/c. These guys know what they're doing and are extremely professional.
