Alan was amazing! Our hot water tank broke down on a Thursday and we originally asked another company to help find a replacement, but they were completely useless and demonstrated zero urgency in helping us out, despite us having 3 children under the age of 4. Our unit was under warranty, and they were clearly only interested in helping us if we bought a new unit from a company with which they're connected. As the weekend passed with zero progress, I took matters into my own hands first thing Monday morning and called Alan. He was immediately sympathetic to our cause, prioritized our job due to the children, found a replacement unit that afternoon, and did the install for us on Tuesday morning. He also helped with the warranty claim, making it very easy for us. The contrast in service could not have been more stark, and we'll never use another plumber again. Alan and his crew are tops!

We needed an electrician quick to deal with some faulty pot lights in our dining room, and Mr. Electric was the only shop we called who was able to send someone same-day. All other shops were booking well into the following week, which just didn't suit our schedule. Greg was great communicator via text, too. Always helps!

Farzad and his team were a genuine pleasure to work with. Our job was fairly complex, and required multiple adjustments due to unexpected building constraints, but the team took it in stride and managed to finish on budget time-wise and deliver a great final product. From a cost perspective, we finished slightly above estimates, but that's pretty much par for the course with these types of renos. Personally, Farzad was always attentive to our needs, and went above-and-beyond on several occasions to ensure our happiness and the project's success (including many late-night status updates). Net net, we would highly recommend Farzad and his team to anyone interested in a minor or major renovation. It may not have been pretty along the way, but the end result was more than what we could've hoped for. Great job!!
