Annual service of high efficiency furnace. Two techs came over and spent an hour or so on a comprehensive check of the unit. Everything was okay and for verification they left a detailed checklist with the individual status of 22 components within the unit. I stared using Knight for heating and plumbing about a year ago and have yet to be disappointed. Pleasant, timely and efficient service at this company from receptionists to technicians. Reasonable rates, or at least as reasonable as you can expect from plumbers these days.

Came promptly, two days after I called them. Fast and efficient onsite service. Treated my property with respect. After their power raking and aerating the lawn is clean and ready for spring green up. Reasonable rates. No hesitation in recommending these fellows.

I had a major problem with a new furnace installed three months ago and which the installers had been unable to fix. In frustration I looked around and called Knight Plumbing based on previous reviews. Karl their technician arrived promptly and resolved the issue in a couple of hours. This included a major part replacement and he handled the warranty claim for the part on my behalf. Because Knight was not the original installer there was no labor warranty for the repair. However, I was content to be out of pocket to have someone who knew what they were doing resolve an issue that was of considerable concern to me and which was indicative of a pending furnace failure. I would not hesitate to recommend Knight based on my experience with them. As an aside, Knight's front line reception staff were efficient and notably pleasant to deal with.

Very professional furnace install. I was happy with everything and appreciated that they addressed all my questions and concerns before and after the install. Of note, the City of Calgary inspector said "these guys always do a great job" before slapping his approval on the new unit.

When I tried to arrange the regular annual service of our furnace I was disappointed to hear that our previous service tech , Steve, was no longer at the company. I was however fortunate enough to track him down at Advanpro and he has just completed our annual maintenance and tune up again. We are extremely satisfied once more. He is punctual, courteous and, most importantly of all, seems to really know what he is doing.
