I had two enbridge red tags: gas range leak at the connection at the back, and a requirement to open up a hole on a dry wall at the furnace room to allow more air intake. Keith was able to come on the same day I called at a time that worked for me after work. He finished both tasks carefully, in one hour. He also helped me take care of filling out the red tags to be returned to enbridge, which required a licensed TSSA. The rate was pretty reasonable so I am happy with everything.

I had a light fixture that wouldn't turn on. I tested the bulb and it was not bad. I took the light down myself and tested it with a multimeter. It was working. I was able to confirm by myself that the wire on the ceiling has stopped supplying power for some reason. That's about how far I was able to diagnose this myself with my limited knowledge. I gave Ralph a call and he came on the same night that I called. Performed the job quickly and carefully. I am satisfied.
