I had a broken concrete roof tile on a very old roof. After searching online and reading reviews I decided on Crucial Roof Services Ltd. I was pleased to receive a call within 24 hours of submitting an online request from Greg Krushel. I was even more impressed when he listened attentively to my problem, ensured me he would come by asap and check it out, then sent me a quote with photographs of the broken tile. I was informed that the tiles on my roof are no longer made, however Greg had some of the same tiles, but in a different colour. He very creatively was able to switch around the tiles, so the mismatched one is on a discrete part of the roof. Needless to say it was so discrete that it took me sometime gazing at the roof to find it. Furthermore, while Greg was on the roof he kindly added some caulking to the furnace vent stack after noticing that it was missing and didn’t even charge. Again he sent before and after pictures of the replaced tile and vent stack. I had emailed him a few times to ask questions and he never hesitated to reply back and answer my questions fully and honestly. I want to thank Greg very much for dealing so quickly and professionally with such a small job. I know there are other companies out there that would not have bothered. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and would definitely use them again.

I needed to have a few wasp nests removed before I could have my gutters cleaned. I went online to research customer reviews and recommendations on pest control companies. Pest Boss had one of the highest positive reviews. I gave them a call and spoke with Kyle. He was able to come out to my place within a few days. He explained the process that he would be using and took care of the situation. While up on the roof, Kyle noticed that I had racoon feces on one end. I knew it was there, but wasn't sure who to call to deal with it. He informed me that their services removed it and would spray the area. He returned a few days later to deal with that problem. When he was finished he walked along the roof and found and repaired a number of areas where rodents and birds might gain entry into the attic. I found Kyle to be very well-informed and very personable. I also did not find the price for both jobs to be unreasonable. I will not hesitate to use his services again and will recommend him to family and friends.
