I ordered an item with the site indicating shipment will happen to the address within 48 hours. One week later still nothing. Called them in person, but customer service said they are too busy and to send an email. Finally got an email response, but I would have appreciated if they had told me that supplier causes delay.

Zoltan did a very meticulous and precise work lowering our bed frame. He was on site perfectly on time, and made the bed even stronger than it was before. He had all the tools needed and he comes across as very intelligent which is an asset as a handy man. He is also very polite and communicates in a fine fashion. Highly recommended.
