When I first called Chris he walked me through a few simple steps to see if he could resolve the problem over the phone and save me a service call. Turns out he had to make a visit. He pre- ordered the parts he thought he would need and came prepared to fix the problem without having to make multiple visits. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, prompt and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
