Unfortunately, the upstairs bathroom toilet finally gave up and would not flush properly any longer ... seems like it's time to replace. Called Faucet Fix got an appointment for that day ... soon afterwards, Gary called to let us know he was on his way and came in inspected the toilet and fittings and recommended we replace the unit ... just as we expected but appreciated the confirmation. Like anyone, was hoping for a miracle, haha. Gary gave us an estimate we were happy with and he was on his way to replacing the toilet. Within the hour the toilet was replaced and a new replacement shutoff valve in place. Efficient replacement service from the initial phone call to the finished job by Gary. We appreciate the great service provided by Gary who was extremely efficient as well as cordial and made the process stress free for us. Thanks to Gary and Facet Fix for the help.

Great service from start to finish. Sales rep Matt gave us options for purchasing that worked best for us. From there an appointment for the installation was scheduled for the very next day and we were extremely pleased as the weather was as hot as hades and our A/C was down for the count and with our health issues made it extremely hard on us (seniors). The replacement of the furnace and hot water tank was due to just their age and it made sense to do everything at one time. Can't say enough about Chris and John, the technicians sent to do the installation. Efficient and friendly but totally professional in their work ethic. Worked non stop on a very hot day (38 degree temp & humidity). Poor John had to go the extra and clear some foliage that was hindering his ability to install the new a/c which was a larger unit than the existing system. Much appreciated. They cleared up and cleaned up any mess they made and left the areas inside and outside spic and span. Chris, who looked after the furnace install was tireless and what a beautiful job he did in the small area that he had to work in. At the end of the job, Chris did not leave until he made sure that I knew how to properly and confidently operate the new a/c and furnace system. It was Holmes who installed our previous a/c and furnace system and when the time comes again, we will be looking to them once more. Have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years and will continue the relationship. Great company who make sure they hire great staff and technicians to represent them.
