Bill in Riverdale

Rick came the same day to repair our fridge in July. The freezer portion was fine but the bottom wasn't cooling along with a water leak at the back of the fridge. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and replaced the defrost timer. I'm happy to report that the fridge seems to be on the cool road to recovery. Thank you, Rick Appliance Repair!

We live in a semi-detached house. The next-door neighbours have a squirrel problem--and now we do too! Today the squirrels moved over to our porch roof. Called GTA in a panic and spoke to Troy. He could not have been more friendly or helpful, and was very kind. We managed to get the neighbours, who didn't want to pay and were procrastinating, to allow Troy to come and do the necessary work on their house (we're paying, of course). He came very quickly (within a couple of hours at most), managed to deal kindly with both the neighbour and with me, and as far as I can see, has done an excellent job. He patched the entrance holes, installed a one-way door and encouraged us to call back if there are any problems. I saw two squirrels with nest-building materials heading back to the hole they had made, and then heard them scrabbling to get past the one-way door. Haven't heard the horrible scuttling and gnawing noises since, so I think GTA Wildlife Removal has done the job. I would recommend the company to anyone for excellent work performed cheerfully and courteously at a fair price. Thank you again, Troy!

After the recent deluge, we had some leaking in our upstairs bathroom wall near the ceiling. Although it appears we will need to have our roof done, one of the roofers suggested a temporary fix around the fan vent and a pipe connecting to the eavestrough. Matthew came the same day we called and he efficiently took care of caulking and siliconing these areas. He had some good ideas for further waterproofing. He and his assistant were prompt and courteous and cleaned up after the job. We will definitely call him again for other work.

Gerardo Villanueva and his assistant Chris were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. We will definitely call him again for other electrical work.

Very impressed with the courteous service from when we made the actual service call to completion of the work. Special thanks to Lauren the dispatcher and George the plumber. The work was completed in just over 24 hours. There was a delay in the plumber arriving due to another job but Lauren called 30 minutes before the possible start time to let us know and we then received a headsup on the same day that the plumber was on his way.
