We had a mold problem in our basement cold storage room. Charles came when promised to assess the situation. He explained what needed to be done and made recommendations to prevent the problem from recurring. The team arrived on time and completed the work and clean up thoroughly. Charles was very responsive when I had other concerns and came back to check things out. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Have always thought this company was a little on the pricey side. Recently had a partially clogged bathtub drain and regrettably didn't send him away and call another plumber. If I had been told on the phone beforehand, there is NO WAY I would have agreed to this price. Feeling completely ripped off! How do they justify this cost for not even one hour of work? Won't be calling them again!

I have used Frank's services twice - in my current home and in the home I used to live in. He is friendly and professional and always showed up on time. He patiently answered all my questions and always returned my phone calls. The reports were very detailed with the recommendations clearly outlined. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call him again should the need arise.
