I arranged for a quote and met the 2 young gentlemen at my late mother's home. There were about 10 items and all were in the garage; nothing heavy and was loaded within 5-7 minutes. Before loading, the driver started adding up for pricing, and turned to get his calculator, because he was at $246 and it was $98 per item!. I said there was no way I was paying that and offered $150.00 flat. Looks were exchanged then he said, okay we can do it for $150.00! My e-receipt said I paid $138 plus GST - less than the $150.00. I wonder, if I had offered $100?...... I didn't get their names.
