We are delighted with our new windows. They are 40" awning windows and they open very easily with the crank. The little locking device on the crank is a bit fiddly but insures that it stays flat. The locking mechanisms on either side are superior to any others we have in the house. The windows are high quality and we feel they were sold at a very competitive price. The office staff is easy to deal with and replied promptly to our questions. The installation crew was excellent. We have a flower bed below the windows and not a leaf was damaged during installation. Although it is too early to tell if there will be any problems (they have been in for just a little under three weeks), at this point I would highly recommend them.
