we purchased a leather couch here for our home office. We need a specific size and they had it. However the leather was defective, there were lines and marks in it that were very visible. We had to wait 5 weeks to get a replacement and the replacement also had some issues with it. We decided to keep the second replacement because we were told we could not get a refund! The exchange was a HUGE HASSLE and they took weeks to get a replacement even thou the piece was very highly defective. They also took weeks to call us back which was very unproffessional. I wont be shopping here again thats for sure. The prices arent cheap and the customer service is lacking and I wouldnt want to risk getting defective leather pieces again.

I love browsing this store! The selection and styles are very unique and the quality is very good. The prices on the other hand are a little over the top. Nevertheless we purchased our bedroom set here and were very happy with it. Solid wood with genuine leather. We did see a similar set elesewhere after our purchase for a cheaper price, so shop around. But in the end decided to keep our set because we love it and know it will last many years. we will be back.

Nice selection and helpful staff, I Bought my furniture set a few weeks ago, they had it all in stock. The quality is great and ill defintiely be back for more.

My wife and I just purchased a nursery set on saturday for our new son Jake. We made an appointment and the young girl there helped answer all of my wifes questions ( she had about 500!) but the sales girl was very helpful and informative and patient. We ended up leaving with a Crib, rocking chair , dresser, bedding and converision kit all at just $1300. My wife is happy so Im happy, what can I say this place has the best prices, nice friendly customer service and Fastest pickup ive seen anywhere. ( and thats because the place is attached to the factory where they stock all of their items) Will definitely head back for baby #2 and will be sending my brother and his wife there as well as some friends. FYI: The crib I got is called the Chelsea model , it was on sale for $399 and other places are charging $599.
