I purchased a mattress from Alta Moda Furniture. In late June, i contacted the owner regarding the sagging mattress under warranty. I have been waiting 3 months for someone to take responsibility to help settle this matter. After numerous phone calls, i am still being given the run around. As of today, September 25 2019, when i told the owner daughter that if this matter is not resolved by October 1, 2019 i would take Alta Moda Furniture to court. Within 10 minutes, the owner called me from his cell phone and cursed me out and told me to take him to court. Shame on him and his lack of customer service as the owner of
the business. I have given him a lot of business over the years.

over the years and one time i have a complaint, this is how he handled it.

Alta Moda has been amazing from the very beginning. When we first made contact with Gaetano and his staff at the Home Show, they were very pleasant and informative to talk to. There was no pressure for us to buy a product we were not completely comfortable with and they customized our product specifically to our needs, especially when it came to sizing and design. Throughout the process, Gaetano had maintained contact with us, ensuring all the necessary details were covered and took the time to invite us into their store based on our busy schedules to help chose the colors and materials for all the furniture in order to personally ensure that the finished product complemented our home. Even when our table no longer had the color available, Gaetano and Alta Moda worked diligently to make sure they found the right alternative that suited our taste and we have no regrets with the recommendations made. The delivery team the company sent were also professional and courteous, working around the new construction site and other delivery workers, making sure our furniture was transported and assembled intact. The table, chairs, and couch look and feel amazing. The time and care Gaetano and Alt Moda placed into our furniture clearly shows the artistry behind their labor. They were worth every penny and have brought a strong aesthetic piece to our home. I highly recommend Alta Moda to all my friends and family I look forward to conducting future business with their staff again! Thanks for helping our home look beautiful!

Alta Moda is excellent!! Gaetano and their team are so welcoming and helped me figure out what we were looking for and what best suited our needs. And their products always turn out beautifully! I've gone back again for a couch and sitting chair, both on which I still get so many compliments -- for comfort, durability and design. I am delighted with the service I have received from Alta Moda furniture. I have been a client for many years. They recently made my entire dining room furniture and it's beautifully made and is beautiful overall. What impresses me most about Alta Moda is their customer service. I have yet to experience the type of service I received when I had an accident at home with my curio and Gaetano not only took care of all the details, but came to my home to ensure everything was done to perfection. I met Gaetano through a friend who recommended that I contact him to recreate a sofa I was eyeing from Restoration Hardware. He was able to do the exact same sofa for a way lower cost and the craftsmanship was impeccable. The entire sofa was tufted (back and seat) and the attention to detail was there.

2 years after having the sofa one of the tufts came undone. I contacted Gaetano. He peronally came to my home twice to repair it and I have not had an issue since.

My parents were looking for someone to reupholster their 32 year old sofa that had tufting in it as well. They had obtained quotes cheaper than Alta Moda but I insisted they go with them because I knew their quality of work. My parents hesitated but when they saw the finished work they were beyond happy! The sofa looks brand new and very modern vintage. Gae helped us with picking the right fabric and made the process very easy.

All in all it's been a pleasure to work with Gaetano and his team.

This review is well overdue. But Gaetano is absolutely amazing. He designed a custom King Size Bed for my wife and I and we couldn't have been happier. The headboard is solid Walnut and the frame is just fantastic. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was great, the delivery guys/installers were also phenominal, took plenty of care to do things right. For a custom made bed and the material we chose it was absolute an amazing price. But Gaetano gave us the best price no questions asked and delivery/setup of all these items was absolutely perfect.

Custom furniture is a dying art but long live Alta Moda Furniture.

Gaetano worked with us to create a couch that suits our condo perfectly, looks great and is a great fit for people when we entertain guests.
