Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday night and I contacted Reliant Comfort Systems at apx 8pm that night about requiring a repair. A service technician arrived at my house around 8am Monday morning and was able to quickly determine the issue. A part was required and it was ordered-in overnight. At 10am Tuesday morning, the technician had returned to my house and repaired the furnace. Even better, they were able to get the parts for me under warranty. I have used Reliant in the past to install and service my entire heating system and would highly recommend them. They are cost efficient, knowledgeable and not your typical trades who decide when they want to work and then gouge you with pricing.

Brandon did an incredible job overhauling our entire plumbing system. There were a number of issues with fixtures purchased by the homeowner and Brandon was able to source replacement parts in a timely and cost efficient manner. Brandon also was able to fix a number of mistakes that a previous contractor had made. He alleviated a significant amount of our stress by figuring out cost-efficient solutions. He worked late into the night on a number of occasions knowing that we had been out of our house for months and were eager to get back in.

The two guys you sent were early, efficient, very pleasant and took great care to make sure they didn't damage anything. They contacted me and asked if they could come early, and if not, they were happy to wait. Your company was a pleasure to deal with and I will no doubt use your services again.
