There were 3 problems that I needed to get looked at by a pro. 1) the emergency valve on toilet was seized. 2) the water pipe to the outside was leaking. 3) The laundry tap was leaking. I made a request for an appointment on-line and was called back first thing the next morning. They came over on the long weekend (without extra charge) to fix the problem. George was very professional and explained the problems/solutions step by step. Very happy with the work. Thank you.

The floor just inside our patio door looked as though it had been damaged by leaking water. A friend of ours recommended Archiel from Sobol Inc. to come and take a look. He was thorough in explaining what was causing the leak and how it could be fixed. Almost all of the windows in our house suffer from water leakage, which eventually causes damage to the floor around them. I wanted to replace all of the windows but was very skeptical about who I ask to fix them. I've heard some horror stories about hiring the wrong people for the job. I decided to give Archiel a call and asked him to replace the patio doors only. He did a professional job from start to finish on replacing the patio doors as well as the aluminum trim work. I was impressed overall with the quality of the work, the professional attitude of the team, as well as the ability to remain on budget as quoted.
