Honest, professional and knowledgeable! Called Chris for my fridge which was not cooling at all. He came to take a look and he immediately figured out that the compressor was the problem. Instead of telling me to have him fix it, he asked to look at the use and care guide that came with the unit. He told me that this issue is covered in the 2 through 5 year limited warranty and advised me to contact KitchenAid. I thank him for his honesty and will definitely give him a call in the future. Highly recommended!
