An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Jason, I am doing something I rarely ever do because it has been seldom warranted until now. Writing a sincere thank you note to let you know how pleased my wife Gail and I are with the insulation work your team did for us March 3rd 2010. Everything you explained to us in our initial consultation went exactly as you stated to the letter. Your team was here on time, very courteous, professional and my wife could not get over the care they took in our home and how they cleaned up after themselves. In today’s home renovation environment this is extremely hard to find if not almost impossible. It was also refreshing and reassuring to have yourself and owner of the company drop in that same day to ensure we were satisfied with the work being done. I wanted to let you know that we noticed the immediate results of the insulation that very night. Our home is approximately 38 years old and the insulation in the attic has never been addressed until now. What a difference in the comfort of our home. I wished we had done this years ago. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you and your company. Kind regards, John & Gail
