After Fisher & Paykel recommended four companies that are authorized to carry out repairs under warranty, I looked into each of them on Google and found Elite to have the most and most positive reviews. I called and got an agent right away. I told her about how the three hour window needs to be early in the day-she told me to reply to the text the next day to confirm that the time worked for us-it did-the repair person came at the beginning of that window, he quickly completed the repair, gave advice on how to avoid future issues with the fridge door, was polite, professional-everything you'd want in a repair. I'd definitely call Elite again if I had to do a repair! Work order number 441557.

Endri called the same day (same hour?) I asked for three companies to quote me. It was between the Endri (EMR Renos--the first one to call me and come by) and the next door neighbour's guy, who gave me a similar quote. I was expecting Endri's detailed description of what needed to be done, and his quote that followed, to be way higher than the guy next door-guy next door was not on Homestars, Google, nothin'. Endri's was shockingly about the same low price but with the great reviews from Homestars, so it was a no-brainer who to go with. He was honest about the porch part of the roof not needing new shingles, but I went with those being done too, so he gave me a good price for the small additional job. He worked through some rain and the sun setting because him and his workers were clearly tough and been through worse! ;) I would go with EMR again, though with his warranty and Landmark shingles, I likely won't need to for 20-25 years! :) I was very happy with the work. Happy with the pics that showed me his work.

Edgar answered the phone himself and came within 2 hours to fix our dryer.   Over the phone, explaining the issue, he sounded as though he wanted to interrupt me to tell ME what was wrong with it because he honestly knew from the info I'd already provided.  He told me why the problem is happening, how much the two parts would cost if both parts were needed, how much the labour would be-all in a worst case scenario. After he opened things up, he realized only one part would be necessary (not perfectly psychic) and the labour would in turn, cost less.   SOOOO happy with him.  Samsung should be recommending him!  We'll call him back anytime. Glad to have someone honest and reliable in the appliance repair biz! :) Thanks, Edgar!

Scott took over from where another duct cleaning company left off. He showed up on time, they confirmed that time the day before and they called to confirm the address on the morning of. They came within 1 1/2 days so that we could use our A/C again (luckily it was a cool June day while we waited for them to make it) as the last duct cleaners told us to not use the A/C until the system is finished being cleaned. Scott took time to explain what was to be done, showed us the powerful system their truck has that was specially designed to be on the truck for, and what others did wrong and what they do from top to bottom. I would call these guys in a minute in the future. Don't get "wagjagged" or "socialed"--you get what you pay for!!
