10 Stars is not enough for the excellent experience I had with StairSteps Tom and his installer Majid. I had a wonderful experience working with Tom on the installation of my staircase. Tom made many suggestions and I put my faith and trust in his experience to provide me with excellent results. Needless to say, I am very elated with the results. StairSteps was recommended by Speers Flooring (Peter) as I had my entire home installed with engineered hardwood. I am thrilled Tom did an amazing job matching the color stain for my stairs. I was shocked on this job and view it as 100% match with the entire main floor and second floor looking absolutely beautiful. Installation day arrived with Majid, I will call him amazing with his proficiency along with knowledgeable, provided excellent workmanship, insane attention to detail and completed the entire job without a single flaw. Majid was prompt and got the job done quickly, cleanly, and most importantly, amazing to look at. I adore my staircase and would highly recommend Majids workmanship for an amazing job installation. Majid was nothing short of astounding with attention to work and detail and cleaned up every day to help make my life easier. Im so very happy I chose StairSteps that came with Majid to make my home look more beautiful than ever. Thank you so very much Peter for suggesting StairSteps. 10 Stars is not enough for the praiseworthy experience I had with Speers Flooring and their Team. I had a wonderful experience working with Peter from Speers Flooring on the installation of engineered hardwood floors on both main floor and second floor in my house. I requested the estimate to include floor tiles removed in the Kitchen and throughout the hallway and I couldnt be happier with the results on this decision I am so very pleased I chose to have wood flooring installed throughout the kitchen and hall. Peter was great with exact pricing and recommendations and advice. Installation day arrived Tamim and his partner DJ were knowledgeable, provided excellent workmanship, attention to detail and completed the entire job 1 day earlier then anticipated. They were prompt and got the job done quickly, cleanly, and most importantly, beautifully. I adore the new floors and would highly recommend Speers Flooring and their Team to anyone looking for a flooring installation. Tamim and DJ were nothing short of amazing with attention to work and detail and cleaned up every day to help make my life easier. My Air conditioner was not cooling last week which lead me to believe I would have to replace my 15yr old unit. I called DM Air as I have had them service my Hi-Velocity heating system in the past. Andrew arrived as scheduled his customer service and knowledge that he provided me was very informative for an AC replacement. I asked about pricing to install a new unit before he even looked at my problem. I was satisfied with his pricing for a new unit and he proceeded to investigate my unit and the problem. Andrew ran testing and came to the conclusion that it was merely an $85 part that only required replacing. Further informed me that this would take care of the problem and that there was no need for a new unit just yet. He checked everything else and said that my unit was running in good condition and would perhaps last another year or 2. He could have been dishonest and recommended I replace it but gave me the truth. I thanked him for his honesty and I will always contract DM Air for future service. I have also recommended DM Air to all my neighbours who all have the same Heating/Cooling system. Service guys like this are hard to come by and with that I will be a loyal customer. Thank you Andrew for being who you are a truly GREAT person :)

Purchased a AC unit for my moms house. HVAC Consultant Michael Edwards was great, helpful, honest and never pushed and I admire that trait. We also talked about future furnace install which I will definitely have them back for the job in the fall. Install day was a bit of a mix up for arrival time, however Toby and Drew were outstanding, knowledgeable and very experienced. Everything went smoothly and clean up and floor protection was remarkable. I appreciate excellent customer service as both these gentlemen should be commended, thanks guys.
