I used Gracious Hardwood Flooring to install hardwood flooring throughout my home and also reface the staircase in May 2015. Anjali was very nice at the beginning...until I gave her my deposit and any subsequent issues arose. The 2 main issues are that the floors make loud crackling noises when walking on it, and I have not been able to remove glue in some areas even after all this time. I had not encountered either of these issues before when I had hardwood installed in my last home. Trying to contact Anjali after the initial deposit was provided was a challenge, but was definitely much worse once the job was completed and I reported these issues. The last time I was successful in reaching her was about 6 months ago and she advised she would send the installers back to investigate the crackling and remove the glue. However, no one ever came or contacted me. I tried to contact her several times since, left messages, and nothing. I must also say the quality of hardwood flooring that was installed, which was supposed to be premium grade, definitely does not look like premium hardwood and some people think it looks like laminate. The stain is also not consistent with lighter edges on may pieces and some are exceptionally grainy/grooved. Very different from the samples provided. I'm extremely disappointed with the workmanship and quality of these floors and would never recommend them to anyone

Bittu was extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing my new kitchen for my townhouse and I've had nothing but compliments from anyone who has come to my home. The workmanship was great, Bittu and team were a pleasure to work with, and they were able to accommodate the tight timelines. I dealt with a lot of companies during my renovation and Bittu was one of the easiest to work with and always very professional!

Was referred to this company by a colleague who used them years ago. Called in for a quote and the woman was very pleasant, she was also able to accommodate my move date, which was delayed slightly. Unfortunately the quote was way off and the move took much longer than I expected. Was charged by the hour and found the movers a little slow and I was also charged for their travel time back to their office, which I was not informed of at the time of booking. I questioned the additional costs and time but the mover in charge basically fluffed it off and advised that the woman who provided the quote was new. Also, I'm lucky to have only prepped my walls for painting, as I noticed quite a few new dents and marks on the walls. Not happy with the service considering others with larger homes paid a lot less and their moves were completed faster.
