The job was done. The estimate was pretty close to the bill - the difference was just some extra materials needed. The finished wall was great. He did not arrive on time in the morning and stayed into the evening which was a bit inconvenient for me.
The quote was so accurate and they did not overcharge. The pipes were moved and the job completed on time and very tidy. It was a small job, but I will hire Pioneer for larger future jobs as they proved themselves to be excellent.

The first tub I ordered was defective, but the supplier wouldn't return it, but Emco did. The next time I did bathroom rents, I went to Emco expecting the same service. I ordered a tub - they said 3 weeks. Today it is 3 weeks later but they said the order was delayed and it would be another 3 weeks. During the past 3 weeks, we called several times to ask about our order and delivery date - and at no point were we ever told about a delay or any problems with our order. Bad customer service.
