I had a terrible experience with Green Sprout. They sent me two emails confirming my scheduled window cleaning date but didn't get my responses back so I called to let them know they had the wrong street address listed in their emails. I received an email back from Martin confirming that he had corrected the address. The next day I left them a cheque on my porch as requested. No one didn't show up - after I'd unsnapped every screen in the house and left them in the back yard. I sent Martin two emails over the next week asking what had happened and received no response. This company is either extremely unreliable and not trustworthy. I would absolutely not recommend using this service.

Tammy I am sorry to hear that. If I may introduce myself, my name is Keven Peressini. I was not working for the company at the time of this mix up, however if I may reassure you, I am a new owner of the company and this is not how we run our company. Nick, Martin, and Ryan were the former owners of the company and their actions, lack of organization, and lack of customer care should not be reflective of how I intend or have been running the company since I purchased it. I may not be able to fix their mitakes but I can offer you a 50% off any service we provide to prove that we are reliable and trustworthy.
