We hired this company to clean our windows the 1st week in June 2017, and later on to provide lawn service when we were away. First, a bracket in one of our 2nd floor double hung windows was broken during window cleaning. It now falls out if we try to open it - a very dangerous situation. Keven came and took away the broken part to get a replacement - but we have never seen or heard from him since. We have sent numerous emails and voice mails. Nothing. We begged him to at least return the broken part so we can try to replace it ourselves. He has never bothered to contact us. We are now left with a serious problem to try to solve ourselves. The 2nd problem is that the lawn care was never done. The grass became so high while we were away that friends stepped in and cut it for us.

This is the third year that we have hired Green Sprout Home Services to do all of our windows, inside and out. They were punctual, thorough, friendly and outstanding quality of work for a reasonable price

I've had Green Sprout in for the last three years in the spring: they're efficient and thorough, and pleasant to deal with. They do all the exterior windows on my two-storey semi, and clean out the eaves troughs. This year I especially appreciated their telling me that my eaves need some repairs -- I don't climb up there, so I wouldn't have known. I'll keep hiring them to do this work.

Second year using Green Sprout Homes for window cleaning, and I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys. They are friendly and they do good work, but the best things about them is that the owner always follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you have any issues at all, he sends the guys back to make it right. I highly recommend them.

I have used green sprout home for past 2 yrs to clean my windows inside and out. They use a non chemical cleaner for the Windows which is great if you have asthma or chemical sensitivities. Crew arrives exactly on time and are all very responsible. I have used many window cleaning companies in the past and green sprout is by far the best.

Keven came to the door and pitched their services. Our long-standing window cleaner had become very expensive over the years, so we decided to try this new young company. Everything worked out well. Three personable, hard-working young men came, on time, as promised. They cleaned all the windows inside and out, including the screens, of two storeys and the basement. With three workers, the job was done quickly and efficiently- at a reasonable cost. Everything unfolded as promised. Thank you Green Sprout!

We had a team of four come in and do the house from top to bottom in under 4 hours. Nice touches are the use of razor blades to remove old paint splashes or other tough to get off material, and they don't use a lot of water in the cleaning process. Windows were smear free and clear inside and out. Nice Job.

It was a pleasure dealing with green Spout Home Services. They were professional, courteous and efficient. It's rare that I will hire a service from a "cold call" at my door however, Keven answered all my questions and concerns and I knew he would deliver what he promised. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Unlike some older reviews, I was totally satisfied with the window cleaning services executed by Green Spout Home Services. They arrived promptly on the agreed-upon date and did a great job. They even scrapped off some of the paint that had dripped on a few window panes last year (my mess). They also crawled up on the roof and cleaned the skylights. Great job guys!

They came to the door and with a good sales pitch I wanted to give them a chance. I asked specifically if cleaning the outside of the windows meant that the surround & sills would be included and he assured me it did.
Unfortunately only a few of them were done (my husband was home and said one guy did one set and was very thorough, but it seems the other guy was not guy was not!)

I emailed to let them know and was reassured that they'd fix it tomorrow.... I then got a phone call from a 'manager' explaining why they shouldn't have to do it... I've emailed again,.. And nothing.... Of course my husband had paid them, but I'm disappointed that they don't care if the customer is happy it seems!?
