Made repair call on wednesday, they coukd have come Friday but I was not available so scheduled for tuesday. They explained cost over phone and messaged me the day before service call. Messaged me agsin 30 minutes prior to arrival. Technician was friendly and had the parts. Repaired quickly. Job well done! work order number :360229
