Please read this before you consider doing any business with this company!!! I got the HVAC rental in 2016. original monthly payment was 44.99 + tax for 120 months. The installation was very unprofessional with cheapest material, which fell off twice and had to be reinstalled. After installation, I found out the unit retail price was actually less than $1700. Unfortunately I was not allowed to cancel the contract, as the buyout cost is to pay monthly fee times remaining months on term plus $100. They also increase the rental fee every year ~5%. Is this a legitimate business model? Another fun part to be noted is if you don't confront them with the original copy of agreement, they would tell you the term was 180 months. Also you will be continuously charged after the term ends unless you call them to close the agreement and pay closure fee. I reported to Best Business Bureau. This company claimed to be out of business. But it still charges me on my Enbridge bill. Last option is to pursue a lawsuit. Please message me if interested.
