once again my plans have to be changed because they have had an influx of a/c calls this morning, this is not my problem, and I am pretty sure it is not that hot out that these are emergencies, Im sick and tired of having to reschedule my life, to accommodate them, Im pretty sure its suppose to be the other way around, I have had many issues in the past with Boonstra, (their service guys are fantastic, no issues there,) and I can see why they no longer offer the $500.00 satisfaction guarantee offer, they would go broke, not happy with their service at all and there will definitely be no recommendations coming from me, and if I want my a/c checkup done,I have had to reschedule and make another appt. and once again have to change my plans for next week in order to get this done--not happy at all
