We used Centra here in Vancouver - and would caution people to shop around. There are huge variances in prices for windows. We selected Centra based on a referral. The rep we worked with made a number of mistakes that could have really affected the outcome of our decisions. They do have VERY good quality control and checks in places to catch mistakes before the windows are installed. It is a good idea to have pictures of what you would like your windows to look like. Customer service and installers are excellent and very professional - the sales side - not great. Sales manager suppose to call me back and failed to do so. Overall I think we pretty satisfied but def. shop around and go and see their installed windows versus show room windows.
