I am sorry to say that I had written two good reviews about this company before but after seeing their customer service, I am forced to give them a zero rating! The back door they installed in February this year, leaks and inspite of writing to them,calling them repeatedly,no one bothers to respond. First of all, some one called Andrew spoke very rudely to me when I first called their customer service to give my complaint. He then referred me to Igor,who is another rude and uncouth man. He literally shouted at me over the phone demanding as to who gave me his phone number! The other bad thing about this company is that,their customer service email address they advertised is not valid,supported or monitored! I would not recommend this company to anyone after what they have done to me and investing so much in their products!

This was the third Windows and Doors replacement project with Meridian Windows and Doors. Although there was some delay in delivery this time due to the Christmas holidays,the job done by the installers,Yuri and his partner,was great. They were very professional,polite and knowledgeable installers.I would definitely recommend them to friends.

After contacting several Windows and Doors companies and going through the various options of replacing the windows in my home,I contacted Meridian Windows and Doors for a quote.Edward,the Regional Manager,was very knowledgeable and suggested the best option for replacing the windows.The installer,Yuri and his crew were very pleasant and did a great job installing the windows and cleaning up after.I am going to use their product and services again for replacing rest of the windows in my home and will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
