Braymore took care of a piano move from Toronto to Ottawa, involving an antique rosewood piano that my Grandmother brought with her from Glasgow Scotland in 1910. I could not have been more pleased with the care and consideration they showed to this family heirloom. The piano bench followed on the next delivery between Toronto and Ottawa as it was not available earlier. Sonia in the front office stayed in touch and the field crew were great people to have in our corner!

We booked in the fall for a spring installation, in order to minimize impact on the surrounding gardens. Kieran our estimator was very helpful in selecting our preferred product, and outlining the approach. The team worked very efficiently to complete the entire roof and detached garage in just a day and a half! I can't say enough about the workmanship and the courtesy shown us by Ricky, Wyman,Trevor, Cameron, and Rob as our installers as well as Laurent and John as site manager and QA. The gardens were beautifully protected and the work site was spotlessly neat as they departed. Followup for some minor trim adjustments has been addressed too. I don't believe there is a better team in the National Capital! Chapeaux!
