Two teams came to complete the work. Asphalt pave team is a professional team with good quality. My 3 stars give to them. Other team working on interlock. Boss Luck and his team falls into worst team. I stopped his work when He tried to fill poly-sand into gap between bricks which is 4" wide. The sand could fill gap up to 1" clearly showed on bag. Finally he filled sand to some gap about 2" wide. First time he came and finished 2/3 of job and fill sand, but he didn't follow instruction on bag and didn't use water to cure it, he let rain water to do it. You know the result. Some area has too much water and some area has no water. Sales person Cameron is not honest, he said his work is perfect and give me half bag sand and leave some work to me. He changed brick type and tried to ignore it. As of today some gaps are not filled with sand.

My entire windows and door of new purchased house was replaced 3 years ago. I didn't write a review until today because, first I want to see the window performance after 3 years, second I am a professional of commercial window and I hold NFRC (International standard) window thermal simulation certification. The reason I chose this company because they use Hometech windows. I visited at least 7 companies (including manufacturer) in GTA. I found only 2 companies use good quality windows. Hometech uses Guardian Glass which is #2 insulated glass manufacturer in north America. Today I will rate the window product with 5 star. For the installation by Canadian choice Windows and Doors I give a 4 star. For the price I will give this company a 5 star. Overall I rate it 5 star. I recommend this company as long as they are still using Guardian units.

I am satisfied with the quality and material of windows and backyard door. As for installation, this team is not bad, but the installation quality can only be accepted with 4 out of 5. 2 frames are not plumb. I wonder why they don't use 100% silicone caulking which is used in commercial building. The cost doesn't raise much, but the caulking life can extend to more than 20 years.

Very professional, reasonable price. They fixed 2 red tags from Enbridge for gas pipe line grounding. Other company want to charge double money, but they think they can fix them together, so only charge me one tag money.
